Naomi earned both a BA in English and her Master’s in Education from Clark University. She is an accomplished teacher and designs distinctive jewelry. While still in high school, Naomi designed her first Squidget for her best friend – using her gift of observation of fidgeting mannerisms to design effective mechanical alternatives: attachments for Squidget.
Most recently, Suzanne ran after-school programs for Big Brothers & Big Sisters where she worked with fidgeters from ages 6 to 22.
The Geaney/Nickey families provided critical seed funding to Squidget while Suzanne and John Nickey have also been true, inspirational Thought Leaders throughout this entire process.
Collaborating with Squidget partners AutoDesk and Afinia, he completely re-designed the Squidget and used the H800 Afinia 3D printer to produce new Squidget prototypes. He will also work closely with partners ICSN Group and Seven Hills Foundation on supply chain and shipping functions. Needless to say, Jerry and Sean have known each other for a very long time!
